Activity of said enzyme in cultural liquid is 43.5 U/cm, wherein activity unit represents amount of cyclodextrin glucanotransferase which catalyzes of 1 muM alpha-cyclodextrin formation for 1 min from 3 % starch solution at pH 6.0 and 40°C.
