METHOD FOR ULTRASOUND TREATMENT OF CONE THREAD OF PARTS, MAINLY OF THREADED PORTION OF OIL PRODUCTION TUBE AND INSTALLATION FOR PERFORMING THE SAME

FIELD: operations for restoring and strengthening threaded portion of parts, mainly built-up members of oil production column. ^ SUBSTANCE: after termination of fitting threaded portions of tool and part, depth of their fitting is measured along thread apexes. After achieving predetermined value of torque, difference value between depth of fitting of threaded portions according to their screwing on and depth of their fitting according to thread apexes. Ultrasonic action is realized after termination of 1 - 3 revolution numbers after fitting threaded portions according to their thread apexes and it is ended after simultaneously achieving predetermined values of torque and difference value of fitting depths. Installation is provided with pickups - regulators of frontal and back clamping. Said pickups are mounted on carriage, they are connected with ultrasonic system and also with control circuit of mechanical drive units. ^ EFFECT: increased useful life period of threaded portion of part by wear resistance, improved stability of thread limit strength. ^ 14 cl, 2 dwg
