The fixing member plates are arranged along the anterior and posterior left ventricle wall in papillary muscle projection zone when implanting the prosthesis during operation. The threads are conducted through the papillary muscles and fixing member plates forming fixing loop. Then, the thread is brought out through the casing and tied in knot on cuff outside of cardiac ventricle. ^ EFFECT: high reliability in fixing the valve. ^ 4 cl, 5 dwg
