Zusammenfassung:FIELD: the invention refers to the field of instrument-making industry and may be used at measuring of power, pressure, acceleration and etc. ^ SUBSTANCE: for achieving the result the coefficient of strengthening of a normalizing amplifier is changed by introducing in the feedback of an element depending from temperature. At that the output signal of the sensor is dependent from the amplitude of vibrations of the vibrating element from a measured parameter. The tuning of the sinusoidal vibrations of the generator in resonance with the vibrating element is made at maximal working temperature. The resistance in the feedback of the normalizing amplifier is registered. The starting level of the amplitude of the output signal at extreme meanings of the working temperature is defined. At influencing of nominal meaning of the measured parameter the amplitude of the output signal at extreme meanings of the working temperature is registered. According to the registered meanings of the amplitude of the output signal deviation of the amplitude of the output signal from the measured parameter is defined for each of extreme values of temperature. ^ EFFECT: increases accuracy. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg
