Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing contrast substance in bolus dose. Spiral scanning of deep brain structures is carried out at once after having introduced the contrast substance. Blood passage mean time (BPMT), cerebral blood flow volume (CBF) and cerebral blood volume (CBV) parameters are measured. Measurement are accomplished in three symmetric zones. Four points of interest are selected and conditionally cross-connected, forming the fifth point. CBF, CBV, BPMT parameters are measured in projections of each of the five points. Arithmetic means of each parameter are determined. Cerebral blood flow plasticity perfusion coefficient Cpl CBF, cerebral blood volume coefficient Cpl CBV, blood passage mean time plasticity coefficient Cpl BPMT are calculated as ratios between arithmetic means of corresponding parameter on healthy state side and those on the injured side. At least two of plasticity coefficient values being found changed, when Cpl CBF and Cpl CBV norms being equal to or less than 0.01 and Cpl BPMT norms being equal to or greater than 0.01, hypoperfusion zone is diagnosed in brain region under study. ^ EFFECT: high accuracy of evaluation method. ^ 1 tbl
