Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: food processing industry, in particular food supplements. ^ SUBSTANCE: claimed food supplement with antitoxic properties represents of fat-and-oil phospholipid product. Said product is obtained by extraction of phospholipid concentrates with ethanol in phospholipid concentrate/ethanol ratio of (1:3)-(1:7) and temperature of 40-60°C to produce of alcohol soluble and alcohol insoluble phospholipid fractions. Further alcohol soluble phospholipid fraction is separated from insoluble phospholipid fraction. Alcohol soluble fraction is dried under vacuum to produce target product. ^ EFFECT: phospholipid biologically active food supplement of increased quality, containing functional ingredients with antitoxic properties, such as phosphatidyl inositoles, phosphatidyl serines, phosphatidyl ethanolamines, phosphatide acids, tocopherols and carotenoids. ^ 3 tbl, 3 ex
