Zusammenfassung:FIELD: petrochemical processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to catalytic oligomerization of ethylene into C8-olefins, widely used as polyethylene and polypropylene modifiers, as raw materials in production of surfactants and motor fuel additives, and in organic synthesis. Oligomerization is conducted in catalytic system, which is namely nickel(0) complex Ni(PPh3)4 in combination with boron fluoride etherate (BF3.OEt2), styrene, and methyl methacrylate at molar ratios Ni(PPh3)4/BF3.OEt2/styrene between 1:5:0.5 and 2:0.5:2. ^ EFFECT: increased yield of desired product. ^ 1 tbl, 4 ex
