Zusammenfassung:FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out video duodenoscopy. Video laparoscope is introduced via trocar set lefts from xiphoid process. Instrumental trocars are set above the umbilicus and along external boundaries of direct abdominal muscles so that right-angled triangle is formed. The angle of 90° is positioned above the umbilicus. The right triangle leg is twice as long as the left one. Collagen plate is placed in bleeding ulcer projection. Hemorrhages source is sutured through the plate under visual control. A through intracorporal suture is tied. The plate is fixed with the second and the third perforating intracorporal suture placed above and below the first suture, 0.7 cm far from it. ^ EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; avoided duodenum lumen opening; no duodenum lumen constriction. ^ 3 dwg
