Marshmallow mass is prepared by beating of apple-pectin mixture, sodium lactate, sugar, and white followed by addition of sugar-molasses syrup, aroma and flavor additives. Obtained mass is deposited. Then marshmallow pieces are conditioned, powdered and stuck together.
