Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: petrochemical process catalysts. ^ SUBSTANCE: reaction gas is passed in reaction zone through at least one fixed catalyst bed wherein reaction gas is subjected to dehydrogenation to produce molecular hydrogen and at least one dehydrogenated hydrocarbon. Reaction gas, before and/or after entering reaction zone, is supplemented by at least one molecular oxygen-containing gas, which partially oxidizes molecular hydrogen contained in reaction gas to form water steam.
