Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: employment of water and railway transport, in particular, equipment used for executing of handling works, may be employed in community facilities, in cleaning of streets, deactivation of territories and like operations. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus for discharging and cleaning of bulk substances has jet-type annular ejector, active liquid pipeline, nozzles, suction receptacle with scraper-type tip and pressure pipeline of ejector with accumulation reservoir. Scraper-type tip has cover, onto which jet-type annular ejector and nozzles are mounted, at least one of said nozzles being directed downward, into suction zone of jet-type annular ejector, and a number of nozzles arranged outside scraper-type tip being directed inward of said tip. Apparatus may be equipped with strainer secured adjacent to suction opening of jet-type annular ejector, and pressure pipeline of this ejector may be furnished with locking device. ^ EFFECT: mechanized collection and transportation of bulk materials from collection site into collection reservoir. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg
