Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: veterinary virology, biotechnology, veterinary science. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention proposes vaccine comprising an avirulent and purified antigenic substance from the strain "VNIIZZH" (author name) of cattle coronavirus prepared in the sensitive biological system (transplantable cell cultures MDBK, Taurus, KCT and Vero), and aluminum hydroxide and saponin as effective additives taken in effective ratios. The strain is deposited in the collection FGU VGNKI at registration number (by reference) - the cultural strain of cattle coronavirus "VNIIZZH-DEP". Virus-containing suspension is purified from inert impurities by low-speed centrifugation (2500-300 rev/min) for 30 min. Prepared viral particles are inactivated with aminoethylethyleneimine in the final concentration 0.1% followed by its neutralization with sodium thiosulfate. The inactivation process is carried out at 36-37°C for 24 h. The concentration of aluminum hydroxide in vaccine must be in limits 19.6-49.6 wt.-% and that of saponin - 0.4 wt.-%. Vaccine shows high immunogenicity, safety and arectogenic properties and provides the effective protection of cattle livestock against epizootic coronavirus spreading in Russia territory. ^ EFFECT: valuable properties of vaccine. ^ 21 cl, 8 tbl, 7 ex |
