Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics, surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to investigate in dynamics the symmetrical segments of both affected and healthy limbs due to carrying out electromagneto-resonance impedansometry of these segments at the frequency being within 200-500 kHz. While studying one should apply two metallic electrodes as sensors to be installed at the borders of investigated segment of a patient's affected limb. Impedance value should be measured, electrodes should be applied onto symmetrical parts of a healthy limb to measure the impedance value once more. In case of progressing difference of impedance parameters one should predict unfavorable flow of post-traumatic acute thrombosis in veins of inferior limbs. In case of decreased difference of impedance parameters one should predict favorable flow of pathological process. Trials should be carried out daily during trauma's acute period. ^ EFFECT: higher accuracy of prediction. |
