Zusammenfassung:FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out echocardiography, coronarography, electrocardiogram-tests with dosed out physical loading and investigating infarction-dependent arteries pool to mark intact myocardium zones availability. No data on intact myocardium zones availability in the infarction-dependent arteries pool being obtained, patient blood samples are investigated on troponine-1 availability at rest state and 6-12 hours later after dosed physical exercise loading. Troponine-1 level value being equal to zero in rest state and deviating from zero after loading, intact myocardium zones are considered to be available in infarction-dependent arteries pool and positive forecast conclusion is drawn concerning recanalization effectiveness. ^ EFFECT: high accuracy of recanalization effectiveness forecasting after myocardial infarction attack.
