METHOD OF AND SYSTEM FOR APPLICATION OF ROAD PAVEMENT INCLUDING COATING PLACER AND TRUCK FEEDER

FIELD: maintenance and repair of roads. ^ SUBSTANCE: system 1 is proposed for application of coating following "chipsealing" technology onto surface of road 4 with possibility of application of layer 5 of viscous fluid material and layer 6 of filling material. System includes vehicle-placer 2 with chassis 7 with front end 10 and rear end 11, chassis being installed on wheels 8 and set into movement by engine 9, and truck-feeder. Vehicle placer 2 includes also system 12 for distributing bituminous viscous material and system 13 for spreading filling material. System 12 for spreading bituminous viscous material includes receiving pipeline 17 designed for intake of bituminous viscous material and electronic control module 64. Hitch 45/46 provides coupling of vehicle-placer 2 with rear end of truck-feeder 3. Truck-feeder 3 has chassis 51 installed on wheels 53 and having distinguishable front end 53 and rear end 54, load hopper 55 with opening tail end 58 near discharge area 56, load reservoir 59 designed for storing bituminous viscous material and transporting pipeline made in form of flexible hose 66. ^ EFFECT: solving of problems coupled with necessity of replenishment of materials of road pavement which might cause appearing of bulges and cracks on road pavement. ^ 66 cl, 7 dwg
