PROCESS FOR ELECTROLYTIC GALVANIZING OF ARTICLES

FIELD: electrochemistry, namely electrolytic galvanizing of articles. ^ SUBSTANCE: process for galvanizing articles in processing line including drum and centrifuges comprises steps of removing oil in centrifuge 1; reloading articles to centrifuge 2 for simultaneously degreasing and activating surface in solution containing phosphoric acid 1.0 - 2.0 g/l and surface-active matter 2.9 - 3.2 g/l for 1.0 - 5.0 min and then returning solution to supply tank and removing its residues in centrifuge 2; reloading articles in drum for galvanizing them in electrolyte containing zinc chloride 70 - 120 g/l and having pH 4.5 - 5.5. Then articles are reloaded to centrifuge 3 for further removal of electrolyte and then to centrifuge 4 for chromating in solution with concentration of chrome salts 1.0 - 2.5 g/l and HNO3 1.5 - 3.0 g/l for 1.5 - 5.0 min and for further returning such solution to supply tank. At the whole process chromating solution is regenerated in continuous mode. ^ EFFECT: elimination of washing water from process, lowered number of operations, recycling of reagents to process. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg, 3 tbl, 2 ex
