Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: medicinal, pharmaceutical and food processing industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves adsorption of mother milk on lactose and drying. Before adsorption lactose aqueous solution as a sorbent is prepared that is subjected for simultaneous effect by ultrasonic oscillation and electromagnetic field under excessive hydrostatic pressure. Then the sorbent aqueous solution is dried and bee mother milk is adsorbed on sorbent in the ratio mother milk, 37-51 wt.-%, and sorbent, the balance. Invention provides prolongation of time storage of mother milk and increase amount of mother milk in the preparation. Invention is used in preparing adsorbed bee mother milk that is stable in storage and used as raw for industrial processing for nutrient aims, and for preparing medicinal and curative-prophylactic agents. ^ EFFECT: improved stabilizing method. ^ 9 cl, 1 ex |
