INDEXING TABLE POSITIONING APPARATUS

FIELD: machine engineering, namely automobile manufacture, for example assembling and welding panel of automobile floor. ^ SUBSTANCE: platform is mounted with possibility of rotation around vertical axis of bearing assembly and it includes upper and lower flanges rigidly joined one to other by means of cylindrical member. Rotation drive unit is provided with reduction gear mounted on support. Electric motor is mounted in upper flange of platform; its shaft is joined with inlet shaft of reduction gear whose outlet shaft is rigidly joined with platform. Bearing assembly is arranged between support and outlet shaft of reduction gear. Apparatus is provided with member for fixing position of platform; said member is in the form of pin driven by means of pneumatic cylinder. Fixing member is mounted in strut with possibility of cyclic engagement with positioning holes formed in lower flange of platform. ^ EFFECT: improved accuracy of positioning indexing table, enhanced efficiency of assembling and welding. ^ 1 dwg
