APPARATUS FOR REMOVING INTERNAL FLASH IN STRAIGHT-SEAM ELECTRICALLY WELDED TUBES

FIELD: apparatuses for removing internal flash in lengthwise welded tubes, mainly in large-diameter tubes. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes housing rigidly joined with tie rod; supporting roller mounted in base of housing; restricting rollers; cutter; mechanism for pressing cutter having hydraulic cylinder and lever jointly coupled with housing. In other end of lever two-arm balancer is mounted with possibility of vertical motion by action of hydraulic cylinder upon said lever and with possibility of rotation around horizontal axis by means of articulation joint assembly. Cutter is mounted on two-arm balancer between restricting rollers arranged on ends of balancer. Hydraulic cylinder is mounted on housing with the aid of articulation joint assembly. Rod of hydraulic cylinder is joined through hinge with lever pressing two-arm balancer and respectively cutter to tube. Housing is provided with chute for guiding and removing cuttings and with compensator for correcting position of supporting roller made in the form of set of plates. ^ EFFECT: possibility for uniformly cutting off flash, reliable pressing of cutter, improved condition of operation of mechanism for pressing cutter, improved quality of welding tube. ^ 3 cl, 1 dwg
