Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: heat engineering, in particular, direct-contact heat exchangers. ^ SUBSTANCE: the heat recovery unit has three vertical tubular columns rigidly joined to one another with the aid of crosspieces, the second and third columns in the direction of flow have restrictors, both headers are made in the form of pipes with the respective branch pipes, the upper header has an irrigator, the lower headed has a moisture collector, the whole heat recovery unit, but the branch pipes, is coated with a layer of concrete with formation of a monolithic block. Water and air are with drawn through a common chamber between the tubular columns, the aerodynamic guides are located beneath, a restrictor is positioned in each tubular column through the center above the tubular columns have a conical expansion, with movable conical adjustment valves positioned over them. ^ EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of the heat recovery unit due a more effective use of the gaseous flow heat attained by reduction of the aerodynamic drag and by increase of the surface of contact between the gaseous flow and liquid. ^ 2 dwg |
