Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: use of steel as magnetically soft material for electrical equipment and machines. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed steel possesses high adhesion of film and contains the following constituents, mass-%: Si, 2.5-4.5; Ti, 0.01-0.4 and no more than 0.005 of each of : C, N, S and O at balance mainly consisting of Fe and unavoidable admixtures. Thickness of film is 0.1 or more mcm; it includes compound of C with Ti or C with Ti and one of the following components: Nb, Ta, V, Hf, Zr, Mo, Cr and W on surface of steel sheet; average diameter of crystal grains is 0.1 mcm and more. Method of making electrical-sheet steel includes melting the steel containing the following constituents, mass-%: Si, 2.5-4.5; Ti, 0.1-0.4; C, 0.035-0.1 and no more than 0.01 of each of: N, S, O at balance mainly consisting of Fe and unavoidable admixtures; proposed method includes also refining, pouring, hot rolling, cold rolling, winding in roll, annealing for 30 min and more at temperature of from 900 to 1100°C followed by repeated annealing continued for 15 h and more at temperature of 1100°C and higher. ^ EFFECT: high density of magnetic flux and high adhesion of film. ^ 5 cl, 11 dwg, 20 tbl, 12 ex |
