Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: organic chemistry, medicine, pharmacy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention describes derivatives of quinoline of the formula (I): wherein R1 and R2 are chosen independently from hydrogen atom, alkyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkylalkyl, alkylcarbonyl, cycloalkylcarbonyl, phenyl, unsubstituted benzyl or benzyl substituted with halogen atom, cyano-group, trifluoromethyl, alkyl, alkoxy-group, benzylcarbonyl, pyridinyl, furyl, thiophenyl, indanyl, phenyl-SO2-, pyridinyl-SO2-, thiophenyl-SO2; or R1 and R2 in common with atom N to which they are added form piperidino-group, pyrrolidinyl, morpholinyl, azepanyl, 3,4-dihydro-1H-isoquinolinyl, and wherein heterocyclic ring is optionally substituted with one or some substitutes chosen independently from alkyl and alkoxy-group; R3 represents hydrogen atom, alkyl; R4 represents hydrogen atom; A in common with nitrogen atom that is added to quinoline ring represents pyrrolidinyl, azepanyl, and ring A is optionally substituted with one-three substitutes chosen independently from alkoxy-group, hydroxyalkyl, alkoxyalkyl. Also, invention describes methods of synthesis of quinoline derivatives of the formula (I).
