The area of cancer cell nucleus (X2) should be measured with a ocular-micrometer or an analyzer of TV picture, sq. mcm. Mitotic index (%0)(X3) should be determined due to calculating total number of division figures/1000 tumor cells. Specific portion of "lethal" forms of mitoses against total number (%)(X4), the quantity of free cells/10000 sq. mcm stromal area, the quantity of vessels of microcirculatory tract/10000 sq. mcm stromal area (X6) should be detected with the help of the analyzer of TV picture (X5). Duration of life should be calculated by the following formula: Y(mo)=(-95.6)+42.51*x1+3.37*x2+4.02*x3+0.72*x4-19.03*x5+13.97*x6.
