DEVICE FOR LOADING THE POWDER MATERIAL INTO THE LOWER DIE OF THE DIE MOLD

FIELD: mechanical engineering; production of the devices for loading of the powder materials into the lower die of the die mold. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular, to the shape-forming equipment and may be used in the multi-position presses at molding of the ceramic and metallic powder materials. The device contains the loading cassette equipped with the tool for the products unloading from the pressure position. It is supplied with the plate made with the capability of the horizontal reciprocal motion inside the press frame. In the state of the powder material loading the plate forms the common loading plane with the loading table of the die mold for movement of the loading cassette on it. In the state of the product unloading from the pressure position the plate may form a clearance between the loading table and the plate. The clearance exceeds the product dimensions. The tool for the products unloading from the pressure position is made in the form of the small frame installed on the external side of the loading cassette, which dimensions exceed the dimensions of the product. The plate is made the self-installed and fixed in the state of the powder material loading. The technical result of the invention is development of the compact device equipped with the tool for withdrawal of the finished products from the area of the press-molding. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures production of the shape-forming compact device equipped with the tool for withdrawal of the finished products from the area of the press-molding and used in the multi-position presses at molding of the ceramic and metallic powder materials. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg
