The method provides for rotation of the detail, its feeding and formation on its surface of the two-level constant microrelief combined in height by the vibrorolling of the grooves by the ball and the indenter. The grooves rolled by the indenter are placed between the grooves rolled by the ball. The grooves are made sinusoidal by the ball vibrorolling with the ball radius of Rb = l.5...2.0 mm with the effort of b = 160...500 N and by the indenter with the radius of Rind = 0.5...0.8 mm and with the effort of Pind =80... 250 N. At that the grooves rolled by the indenter are made with the smaller interval and the smaller height, than the grooves rolled by the ball.
