Zusammenfassung:FIELD: medicine, pharmacology. ^ SUBSTANCE: amphotericin B used in standard therapeutic doses is dissolved in 1.0-10.0% dextran aqueous solution wherein molecular mass of dextran is 30-60 kDa and wherein dextran is irradiated preliminary by ionizing radiation (by flow of accelerated electrons or by gamma-radiation) in doses 1.0-5.0 Mrad in the ratio medicinal agent : polymer = 1:800. Invention provides reducing toxicity of amphotericin B by 1.5-2.0-fold and enhancing its curative activity. Invention can be used for reducing toxicity of low-molecular synthetic medicinal agents. ^ EFFECT: improved method for reducing toxicity. ^ 2 cl, 2 tbl, 2 ex
