METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING DENTAL PROSTHESIS WITH IMPLANTS, DEVICE DESIGN OF DENTAL PROSTHESIS WITH IMPLANTS AND DENTAL PROSTHETIC INSTRUMENTS

FIELD: medicine; medical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves manufacturing dental prosthesis with implants being used. Jaw imprint is produced with projecting of conic heads formed on the implants embraced by copying recesses of molding units. Projecting part copies are fixed in recesses of molding units making monolith. Jaw model is cast with the projecting part copies making monolith in it. Prosthesis is manufactured after taking jaw imprint on the produced jaw model having the projecting part copies. Imprint formed on each projecting part implant is produced with its geometrical dimensions being controllable, including cylindrical gingival part height. Device has each implant composed of base member and head member. The head member is turned toward the prosthesis having conic end face. The prosthesis has conic recess allowing its setting on implant head. The prosthesis and implant head are joined with plug-type connection. A set of instruments has at least one molding unit, one copy of projecting part and at least one burn-out blank unit. ^ EFFECT: supported professional hygiene around implant tissues. ^ 29 cl, 26 dwg
