Zusammenfassung:FIELD: medicine, laboratory diagnostics. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should detect erythrocytic osmoresistance in the presence of beta-adrenoblocator - 1-(1-isopropylamino)-3-(1-naphthalenyl-oxy)-2-propanol hydrochloride and at its value of osmoresistance being below 65 c.u. it is necessary to predict the development of hypotonic uterine dysfunctions at the stage of preliminary period and the first stage of parturition, and at the value of 80 c.u. and more - hypertonic uterine dysfunctions as pathological preliminary period, dystocia of uterine cervix and discoordinated parturition activity. The innovation enables to predict abnormalities of parturition at preclinical stage. ^ EFFECT: higher accuracy and efficiency of prediction. ^ 4 ex, 2 tbl
