Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: non-destructive flaw detection processes, possibly at making, mounting and exploitation of parts of modified machines and instruments. ^ SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of setting target demands to operational reliability and safety of part; determining flaw presence in part before quality control or after quality control and detection of flaws; then setting demands to reliability of method and means for non-destruction flaw detection while taking into account said characteristics. When using group of similar part, setting demands to quality control procedure and to means for realizing it for one part and then all group is subjected to quality control. ^ EFFECT: possibility for achieving desired reliability and safety characteristics of part due to special procedure for selecting sufficient and optimal for given part method and instruments for non-destruction flaw detection with quality control and restoration of part. ^ 9 cl, 4 dwg |
