Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: production of construction materials. ^ SUBSTANCE: device comprises rotating drum inclined in the direction to discharge, furnace for heating the drum, sources of raw material and loose heat-transfer agent, unit for discharging products, cooling system, and system for separating granulated foam silicate from heat-transfer agent. The rotating drum receives longitudinal ribs and is provided with the zone of hardening material whose length is at least 1/10 of the drum length. The cooling system is made of rotating pipe with ports arranged in series along its length. The ports are overlapped with grids whose mesh increases along the length of the rotating pipe. ^ EFFECT: improved product, reduced power consumption, and enhanced reliability of the device. ^ 1 dwg
