FIELD: oil and gas well operation, particularly to treat bottomhole formation zone. ^ SUBSTANCE: device comprises igniter, alternating solid-state pressure pulse generators and heat generators made as single gas-generation rod installed inside casing pipe, wherein the casing pipe is provided with heat screen in upper part thereof. Limiting ring is installed inside casing pipe below the heat screen. The limiting ring may provide suspension of gas-generation rod inside the casing pipe. Pressure pulse generators and heat generators of gas-generation rod have different diameters and connected with each other by means of releasable connection means. Pressure pulse generators have cross-sections exceeding inner diameters of limiting ring. Heat generators have cross-sections smaller than inner diameter of limiting ring. The igniter is arranged in lower part of gas-generation rod. ^ EFFECT: increased operational reliability due to possibility to apply pulsed thermal treatment action directly to producing formation zone location. ^ 7 cl, 1 dwg
