Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: aircraft industry; automotive industry; shipbuilding industry; production of the adhesive compositions for pasting of the raw rubbers compounds (uncured )together with metals. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of production of the adhesive compositions for pasting of the raw rubbers compounds (uncured )together with metals in the process of the vulcanization at manufacture of the rubber-metal constructions in the aircraft industry, automotive industry and shipbuilding industry. The technical result of the stated invention is the increased strength of the adhesion of the uncured raw rubbers of the different chemical nature in the process of the vulcanization at the essentially reduced pressure of their pasting together. The problem in view has been solved due to the fact, that the composition includes the unsaturated rubber - butadiene-nitrile raw rubber or its mixtures with the natural rubber compound, the phenol-formaldehyde oligomer, the vulcanizing group-sulfur and the oxide of the metal-oxides of zinc, magnesium, calcium or their mixtures and the organic dissolvent - ethyl alcohol and ethyl acetate or methyl-ethyl ketone, and additionally it contains the xeharesorcinol resin. The composition may additionally contain the paraformaldehyde, the technical carbon, an acetone. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased strength of the adhesion of the uncured raw rubbers of the different chemical nature in the process of the vulcanization, the significant reduction of the pressure of their pasting together. ^ 5 cl, 2 tbl, 4 ex |
