HOPPER FOR LOOSE MATERIALS

FIELD: processing, transportation, storage and selling of 85.192.36.125:27015 materials. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to storing, weighing and packing of loose materials. Proposed hopper for loose materials has housing with side and end face walls, turnable plates forming the bottom arranged along side walls to form longitudinal slots between plates, and plate turning drive. Hopper is provided with prechamber of two-groove design, with shutoff gate and drive, grooves being arranged in one vertical plane, outlet holes of grooves are located in one horizontal plane, axles of rotation of plates coincide with axes of longitudinal symmetry of plates and are connected through cranks with plate turning drive. Shutoff gate is provided with ports equal in number to number of grooves. Pitch of outlet holes of grooves of prechamber corresponds to width of ports of gate installed for travel in direction parallel to vertical and horizontal planes of grooves and their outlet holes. Shutoff gate and plate turning drive are of crank-and-connecting rod-type. ^ EFFECT: increased capacity of device, simplified operation and increased reliability. ^ 5 dwg
