Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: metallurgy industry; methods of reprocessing of the tungsten concentrates. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to metallurgy. The technical result of the invention consists in development of the production method of reprocessing of the tungsten concentrates with production of the iron-tungsten alloy, which may be teemed from the electric furnace into the ingot mould and later on used in hydrometallurgy for production of ammonium paratungstate (APT) or tungsten anhydride. The technical result is achieved by the fact, that as the tungsten concentrate use the tungsten middlings, separated from the dressing cycle and consisting of 5-43 % W; 3-9 % Si; 20-40 % ; 1.5-4 % Fe; 0.4-2 % ; 0.2-1 % S; 0.1-0.5 % Mn; 0.1-0.7 % K; ∑(Sn, Cu, Al, Mg) - 3-4.9 %; oxygen - the rest, and looking like the white-gray powder containing up to 90.2 % of the 0.08 mm fraction. The charge consisting of the tungsten middlings and the silicon-containing reductant taken in the ratio of 1:(0.1-0.3) accordingly is penetrated in the arc furnace at the temperature of 1740-1870°, keep the smelt in the arc furnace and make casting of the dross and the iron-tungsten alloy in the ingot mould. The charge before the smelt is briquetted both individually or jointly, and as the binder use 50 % a waterglass in the amount of 1-5 % from the mass of the briquetted charge for the smelt. The smelt casting from the arc electric furnace make in the metallic ingot mould. At that first drain the dross of the height of the iron-tungsten alloy ingot, keep the dross in the ingot mould within 3-10 minutes for the scull formation and then finally drain the dross and the iron-tungsten alloy from the arc furnace into the ingot mould. For production of the ammonium paratungstate or the tungsten anhydride in the hydrometallurgical conversion use the produced iron-tungsten alloy consisting of 50-69 % W; 1-5.7 % Si; 0.1-2.1 % ; 0.1-0.2 % S; 0.1-1 % Mn; 0.4-1.7 % of the total of the admixtures (Ni, Co, Ca, Sn, Cu, Al, Mg) and iron - the rest having the fusion point of 1640-1800°. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures reprocessing of the tungsten concentrates with production of the iron-tungsten alloy, which may be teemed from the electric furnace into the ingot mould and later on used in hydrometallurgy for production of ammonium paratungstate or tungsten anhydride. ^ 5 cl, 2 tbl, 1 ex |
