Zusammenfassung:FIELD: medicine, ophthalmosurgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: the suggested implant contains a hollow hydrogel-filled membrane; moreover, the implant consists of the first and the second hollow membranes designed as closed surfaces of rotation of, at least, second order, being adjacent with external surfaces. Besides, the external surface of the first membrane being opposite against the site of juncture with the second one is designed as a rounded cone, and the ratio of the first membrane' volume against that of the second one ranges 0.33-0.64. Application of the present innovation enables to decrease the percentage of implant's detachments and improve the transmission of mobility from the motor stump onto cosmetic ocular prosthesis. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency. ^ 1 dwg
