Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: textile industry; light industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: method can be used in production of twisted lavsan fibers as in tailoring industry and in shoe-making industry. Method is based upon in getting dependence of minute deformation of samples of lavsan fibers with different degree of twist on degree of twist at constant stretching stress, which is equal for all the tested samples. Value of stretching stress, being the same for all the tested samples, is achieved due to application of stretching loads to samples. Weights of samples are determined while taking linear density of samples into account. Dependences of minute deformations of lavsan fibers with different degree of twist on degree of twist were received for several levels of stretching stresses, value of which stresses was chosen from diagrams of stretching of lavsan fibers. Influence of degree of twist on deformation properties of lavsan fibers was found due to comparison of coefficients of variation for any level of stretching stresses with maximal coefficient of variation. The values of working stresses effecting on fibers were chosen in such a way, at which values influence of twist onto deformation properties of fibers was completely eliminated. Fiber with lower degree of twist is recommended for operation, which results in reduced production costs comparing to cost f production of fiber with higher degree of twist. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of operation; reduced cost. ^ 1 tbl, 1 att |
