Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: hydrometallurgy; methods of extraction of rhenium from solutions. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of hydrometallurgy and may be used for extraction of rhenium from the solutions of the complex saline composition. The method includes the sorption of rhenium with usage of the anion-exchange sorbent with the subsequent desorption of rhenium from the saturated anion-exchange sorbent by the water solution of ammonia. As the anion-exchange sorbent the invention uses the synthetic anion resin on the basis of the aminated styrenedivinylbenzene at its contents in the synthetic anion-exchange resin from 8 up to 12 mass %, and the concentration of the ammonia water used for the desorption of rhenium make from 1 up to 10 mass %. As the anion-exchange sorbent use the synthetic anion-exchange resin containing the functional amino groups at their following ratio (in mass %): the quaternary amino groups - up to 1.0; the tertiary amino groups - up to 30; the secondary amino groups - up to 70; the primary amino groups - up to 0.5. For the efficiency increase at reprocessing of the great volumes of the solutions containing rhenium use synthetic anion-exchange resin with the grains sizes from 0,.6 up to 0.8 mm. It is expedient in the initial uranium-containing sulfuric solution to have - from 1 up to 2.5. The technical result of the invention is the increased exchange capacity and selectivity of the sorption from the solutions containing uranium. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased exchange capacity and selectivity of the sorption from the solutions containing uranium. ^ 3 cl, 1 dwg, 2 tbl, 1 ex |
