FLUID-PRESSURE SYSTEM FOR CONTROL OF MULTI-POSITION PRESS

FIELD: mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: fluid-pressure system comprises actuating hydraulic cylinders with the control fluid-operated devices, hydraulic distributors connected with programmed device, and hydraulic station . The hydraulic distributors are mounted on the top plate of the press bed. The control hydraulic device for each actuating hydraulic cylinder is mounted in the unit made of the lid of its stroke-less space and is connected with the appropriate hydraulic distributor. The system is provided with the ring collector mounted on the top plate of the bed and connected to the hydraulic distributors and hydraulic station. The hydraulic distributors are mounted radially and equidistantly from the axis of rotation of the central shaft of the press. The programmed device is mounted at the top end of the central shaft and is made of a cylinder. The outer side of the cylinder is provided with linings for permitting adjustment. The ring collector is made of pipes shaped into rings and mounted one inside the other coaxially to the central shaft.
