Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: wind power engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for creating plants with windmills with vertical axle of rotation, particularly, for creating aerodynamic solar power plants. According to invention, fan is introduced into aerodynamic plant containing draft tower, windmill and device forming vertical working flow. Fan arranged on axle of tower creates air flow over its upper end in plane perpendicular to axis of tower. Tower is made in form of two coaxial cylinders with working zone between outer and inner cylinders, and vanes of windwheel are arranged out of tower in zone of getting out air flow. ^ EFFECT: improved efficiency of aerodynamic plant. ^ 1 dwg
