Additionally introduced to device are mono-stable multi-vibrator and four generators, as a result of which number of counts is decreased time interval between which is less than time of relaxation of mono-stable multi-vibrator. ^ EFFECT: decreased excessiveness of information with preservation of restoration precision. ^ 3 dwg
