The bottom space receives the spring, and the top space is in communication with the lubrication system of the engine. The spaces are interconnected through the direct and check valves and define a system for control of auxiliary piston. The engine has a mechanism for rotating the auxiliary piston together with the nozzle composed of a guiding spacer with curved slots of internal engagement. The top section of the auxiliary piston is provided with slots of external engagement that engage the slots of the guiding spacer.
