Zusammenfassung:FIELD: pipe rolling production, in particular, reinforcing processing of pipes directly during hot deformation process. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves heating blank and rolling into sleeve; putting sleeve onto mandrel and cooling with water under pressure of at least 15 atm, with scale being removed before deformation in continuous mill. During deformation procedure in continuous mill with total squeezing extent of at least 50%, pipe is subjected to double cooling to temperature of 800-900 C, with cooling of inner surface being provided by contacting with mandrel preliminarily cooled to temperature of 150-250 C and cooling of outer surface being provided by means of rolls and water flows. After deformation in continuous mill, pipe is cooled to temperature of at least 700 C, heated by induction heating and subjected to final deformation in reduction mill, followed by adjustable cooling of pipe with water at average cooling rate of at least 35 C/s to temperature of 60-700 C. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency, provision for complex of improved properties of pipes and desired geometrical parameters, and wider range of employment of thermomechanical processing in line of unit having continuous rolling mill. ^ 3 cl, 1 dwg, 1 tbl, 1 ex
