Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: medical equipment. ^ SUBSTANCE: device can be used for treatment of psoriasis, neurodermatosis, and professional dermatosis. Device for photochemotherapy has cabin with wall made of sections connected together by hinges to form closed circuit in form of lower stage. At internal side of any section the UV-radiators are placed, which UV-radiators are connected with power supply. There is support inside chamber. Cabin is provided with multi-sectional top stage, onto internal side of sections the UV-radiators are placed uniformly. UV-radiators are connected according to multi-stage circuit. Power supply has unit made for separate and combined turn on of lower and top stage. Light reflectors are applied onto internal sides of sections of lower and top stages. ^ EFFECT: improved efficiency of treatment of manifestations at shoulder area, onto neck and head of patient. ^ 4 cl, 1 dwg
