Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: medical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has plastic casing with its working part having bevel, handle and current feed-through member. Heating system is available in casing body. Its electric heater is manufactured as winding connected to electric power supply mounted on load-bearing member. The load-bearing member is tube manufactured from material of no magnetic conducting properties having spring-loaded striking member in its cavity between fixed member and restricting bushing. The fixed member and striking member are arranged in the load-bearing member with angular gap between their end face surfaces with the gap size being changeable under shock actions directed towards the bevel in working part of the casing.
