Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: medicine, hepatology, pharmacy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the development of a medicinal agent and biologically active supplement showing the hepatoprotective effect. As a hepatoprotector the invention proposes using biomass of lactobacilli Lactobacillus acidophilus and their metabolites by culturing strains of indicated culture in medium containing defatted milk followed by their inactivation and drying in common with culturing medium. Based on the proposed hepatoprotector a pharmaceutical composition is created that is made as a tablet or lozenge and comprising both biomass of lactobacilli, their metabolites and microcrystalline cellulose, calcium or magnesium stearate, aerosil and arabinogalactan.
