Zusammenfassung:FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves setting compression-traction apparatus. Knee joint is unloaded by pulling apparatus systems on femur and shank apart. Femur and tibia epiphyses are exposed to treatment during dosed fragments traction period as follows. The wires are introduced in various directions and removed at final fragment traction period when anatomical contours of epiphyses have X-ray-unsharp edges. The wires are withdrawn in turn at the final fragment traction stage. The anatomical contours of epiphyses being distinctly marked on X-ray-pictures, osteoperforation is periodically done. Required length and biomechanical axis of the extremity being restored, apparatus systems are switched over to stable fixation mode. Femoral and tibial articulation surfaces are drawn together to bring joint space in norm at the stable fixation stage on the background of training movements in knee joint. ^ EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. ^ 4 dwg
