Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: agricultural engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus has rotor mounted on frame equipped with carrier-adjusting wheels and drive. Rotor has rakes and spring fingers. Axis of rotor is arranged in vertical plane and inclined to vertical line in the course of advancement of apparatus. Spring fingers are positioned in vertical plane at ends of rakes. Rigidity of spring fingers is reducing from peripheral portions toward center of rotor. Each rake of rotor is equipped with scoop which is positioned above spring fingers to form carrier platform for accumulation and transportation of raked soil. Scoop front part is equipped with cutting edges and protrudes beyond spring fingers by value proportional to progressive movement of apparatus per one revolution of rotor. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency in opening of parent plants. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg
