Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: technology for non-destructive acoustic control of goods. ^ SUBSTANCE: ultrasound inclined transformer contains body inside of which a prism is mounted at an angle, while one of prism bases is made in form of large paraboloid mirror, and on another base of prism small paraboloid mirror is made and piezo-element is mounted with central aperture for small paraboloid mirror, while large paraboloid mirror on external side is connected to wave guide, and mirror surface of small paraboloid mirror is directed towards mirror surface of large paraboloid mirror and their focal spots are combined. ^ EFFECT: expanded nomenclature of goods control of which is possible by means of proposed transformer, provision of possible control of welded interconnection by central beam, increased precision and reliability of control. ^ 4 cl, 1 dwg
