METHOD OF THE MOTOR-CAR TIRES CUTTING

FIELD: reprocessing of the wastes of the reinforced industrial rubber goods. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to reprocessing of the wastes of the reinforced industrial rubber goods, in particular, to the reprocessing of the outworn or rejected auto tires. The method provides for the tire cutting into five parts: the tread part, two side parts, two base rings. The method provides, that the fixed tire is contracted in the axial direction and they cut out the tread ring and the two side parts, from which the bead rings are removed. In the beginning the tires inner surfaces are fixed on the triblet, and the tire cutting into the tread part, two side parts, two base rings is exercised by one move of the double ring-type knife having ring-type cutting parts. The cutting is exercised in the vertical or horizontal or any other direction. In the beginning they realize the cutting of the first tire and then at the further relocation of the ring-type knife conduct the cutting of the following tire and so on up to the complete cutting of all the tires arranged on the triblet. The method ensures the cutting of the steel-cord tires and the tires with the textile cord without realignment and readjustment of the equipment and does not require the sorting of the cut tires by types of reinforcement. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures the cutting of the steel-cord tires and the tires with the textile cord without realignment and readjustment of the equipment and does not require the sorting of the cut tires by types of reinforcement. ^ 3 dwg
