Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: medical facilities. ^ SUBSTANCE: device can be used for exchange of destroyed mitral valves of heart. Bases of gates of valve are fixed from outside at edges if valve's case at its sides at four protruding arcs of valve. Any arc is capable of limiting stroke of gates by faces of angle-shaped hinge. Case has lower and upper lugs for placing parts of tissues of fibrous ring between them. Openings for threads used for fixing the valve are made in top lug. Plates are fixed in base of case, which plates act as under-valve chords. Blood current approaches to natural one due to formation of central opening of valve and due to movement of gates aside center in direction of sides of valves case. ^ EFFECT: improved efficiency. ^ 2 dwg
